Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you may cancel your subscription within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds for annual plans will be prorated to reflect only the unused portion of the service which is for the remaining 11 months.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Monthly Subscriptions: These are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Cancellation will stop any future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
  2. Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within 30 days of the initial subscription date, you may request a refund. After 30 days, cancellations will stop future renewals and refunds will be provided for the remaining term.

All cancellations must be submitted through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Refunds

  1. Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available only if the subscription is cancelled within 30 days of the original purchase date. The refund will be prorated, based on the time remaining in your annual term. The refund will be processed within 10 – 15 business days.
  2. Monthly Subscriptions: As these are pay-as-you-go, no refunds are offered for any reason once a billing cycle begins.

Additional Services

Please note that any custom work, add-on services, or technical support fees are non-refundable, as the time and resources invested cannot be recovered.
